1. How can i make a purchase?
Shopping at mcrystal.com.my is easy
1.1. Login to mcrystal.com.my by clicking 'Sign In or Create an account' on the above right section of the main page
1.2. To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
1.3. To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column
1.4. To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
1.5. Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Secure Checkout’
1.6. Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details, click on ‘Proceed to Purchase’ to choose your preferred payment method
1.7. Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

2. How long does it take to confirm my order?
2.1. Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation

3. Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
3.1. Yes, you may contact our customer service via email, call our hotline number or whatsapp. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order

4. Can I cancel my order?
4.1. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped

5. Can I order through phone?
5.1. Yes, you may contact our customer service via email or "whatsapp" us during operation hours

6. What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
6.1. Please contact us immediately at https://mcrystal.com.my with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier

7. Can I purchase items in bulk and can i get more discounts?
7.1. Please contact our customer service directly if you wish to purchase items in bulk and to enquire for more discounts

8. What kind of payment method may I use at mcrystal.com.my?
8.1. Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX)
8.2. MolPay


9. How long production will take to process?
9.1. Our normal leadtime production is 3-4 Working days (not include Saturday/Sunday/any Public Holiday) for any order which is ready stock item.
9.2. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, our production side only operate from Monday until Friday. As for Saturday which is half day, only office showroom for sales will be operate include Monday until Friday


10. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
10.1. Currently our company using J&T Express courier service for any order through online website. However, if you want to use another courier instead of J&T Express. Kindly whatsapp or call us before making any order
10.2. Our system will charge the delivery fee once your order that has been added on cart already reach on the 'Checkout' part. There will be specific amount stated right below your item total price
10.3. If you wish to just self collect at our showroom, you may need to click on the 'Self Collect' section just right below your default delivery address
10.4. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, production only operate from Monday until Friday. Therefore, shipping duration may take longer during public holidays and extreme weather


11. Can I self collect for my order directly at M-Crystal Award Showroom?
11.1. Yes, you may collect your items directly from M-Crystal Award Showroom, please do inform our customer service before you wish to collect so we can prepare for you.

12. What should I do if my order has not arrived?
12.1. Please email or "whatsapp" us your tracking number, so we can check the status of your delivery.

13. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
13.1. The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, M-Crystal Award will not be liable for any replacement or refund
13.2. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address


14. Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
14.1. Yes, there is re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to M-Crystal Award showroom. Should you face any problems, please contact us immediately.
